What we collect, why, and what you control. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Onejump (“we”, “us”) runs onejumpfit.com, an online strength coaching service. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, password (stored only as a one-way scrambled hash, never readable by us), street address, city, state and ZIP.
- If you sign in with Google or Apple: the name, email and account ID they share with us. We never see your Google or Apple password. Apple may give us a private relay email instead of your real one.
- Your application: what you tell us about your goal, experience, equipment, schedule, phone number and preferred call time.
- Coaching information: check-ins, workout logs, messages and form-review videos you send your coach.
- Billing: your plan, billing status and the billing address and phone number you enter at checkout. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
- Coach applications: if you apply to coach, the details on the form and any resume you upload.
- Technical basics: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and the standard request logs every web server keeps (such as IP address and browser type).
Why we use it
- To run your account and membership, and to bill you for the plan you chose.
- To prepare for your free call and build your program.
- To match you with a coach and let them coach you.
- To answer your questions and send messages about your account (for example, a failed payment).
- To understand, in total, where our members are located so we can plan coaching.
- To keep the service secure and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Your coach, who sees what they need to coach you.
- Service providers that run parts of Onejump for us: Stripe (payments), Railway (website hosting and database), Google and Apple (only if you choose to sign in with them), Google Fonts (the site’s typeface) and our email provider. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while you have an account. After you close it, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, except records we have to keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Coach applications we don’t move forward with are deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
- See, correct or delete your information, or get a copy of it: email [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Cancel your membership any time from your account page.
- Disconnect Google or Apple sign-in from your Google or Apple account settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. Contact us and we’ll help you use them.
Security
Passwords are hashed, the site runs over HTTPS, payments go through Stripe, and uploaded resumes are only visible to the Onejump owner. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.
Age
Onejump is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we’ll tell members by email before it takes effect.
